To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Email us at almyrbrand@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can make it right.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times for the credit to appear depend on your bank or card issuer.
